The first B2B meeting of the "Club 100" was held, which, together with the representatives of the company Mladegs Pak, gathered the owners and managers of the most successful business entities in BiH, organized by "Poslovne novine". This was another opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss cooperation and connect Mladegs Pak, the most successful medium-sized company from Republika Srpska in 2020 and the first in terms of revenue in its business in BiH, with other successful companies.

The challenges and crises that befell companies in 2020, imposed by the pandemic, have spawned many positive management strategies and practices. These examples were one of the main topics of conversation during the meeting.

Mladegs Pak successfully adapted to the new working conditions during the pandemic, which enabled the efficient continuation of production, preservation of jobs and realization of business goals. Many realized investments are also a great success, as well as the continuation of planned investments in the coming years, of which the launch of own production of tomatoes for the production of ketchup stands out, as well as the launch of new production lines for mayonnaise and mustard. An important change in the company's production process is the transition to the use of PET packaging that can be 100% recycled.
