Suitable for all kinds of jams, marmalades and jellies, Boni jam classic is based on ratio of fruit and sugar 1 kg: 1 kg, while for preparation of jellies it is necessary to use 1 liter of fruit juice.
 
Preparation: Wash the fruit, cleaned and if desired chop up, mash or squeeze juice. The contents of bag mix well with 2 tablespoons of sugar, then stir mixture with the prepared fruit (1 kg) or fruit juice (1l). Heat to boiling with periodically stirring. Add remaining sugar, let it boil and cook weight for 3 minutes while stirring. If necessary, remove the foam, and hot pour into clean and heated glass jars. Close with screw lids, turn over and leave to stand on lids for about 5 minutes.
