Light whipped cream that for preparation only needs water. It is ideal for light summer cakes and pastries, great as a decoration for ice creams, fruit cups and pancakes. Contains reduced stake of milk fat vegetable origin. Preparation is finished in only 3 minutes.
 
Preparation: In a deep pot put 100ml of cold water. Put the content of a bag in water. With an electric mixer mix using lowest speed, then increase speed and continue mixing until wanted firmness (3-5minutes). If sweeter whipped cream is wanted, put sugar in water.
